To those Lions In Action Rally teams from Sabah and Labuan kindly be reminded that you need to bring along your passport( yourself and your kids) as we need to travel through Brunei and validity more than 6 months. And if you are driving a company car, please get a letter of authorisation with company letter head and company stamp signed by a director other than yourself. If you are driving somebody else car please get a letter of autorisation to use his/her car from that person even it belong to your spouse plus a photo copy of the owner's Identity Card and photo copy of the car registration card. And your car must not be heavily tinted.( Brunei authority can be very particular on tinted glass) Heavily modified vehicles are not encourage to join in the rally.
Kindly do not bring in any liquor into and through Brunei unless you are willing to declare every single bottle of it be it full or even half a bottle . To all cabinet officers please bring along your formal suit and vest for the dinner in Miri.To all others Lions please bring your Lion Vest. As we are on a road safety campaign please abide by the traffic rules and laws especially no drinking alcohol while driving. Kindly fill up your tank while in Sarawak as not every Petrol Station in Brunei allow foreign cars to refuel their vehicles.
Please follow the convoy system while travelling on the Action Rally to avoid delay in arriving to our destination. We will brief you all before flag off.
